Refund policy
Short version: if we can't get your app live, or the Launch Kit doesn't help you ship, you get your money back.

Nothing is on sale yet. Private lessons and the Launch Kit are coming soon. This is the policy that will apply once they open.
“Launch it for me” private lessons (Standard $199, Rescue $299)
- If your app can't be shipped, you get a full refund.
- For Rescue lessons we look at your repo before you pay. If it needs more than the flat fee covers, we'll tell you before you're charged.
- If you cancel before we start work, you get a full refund.
- “Shipped” means your existing app is live on your own hosting account at the agreed address. New features, redesigns and ongoing maintenance aren't part of the lesson (see the services page).
Launch Kit ($39)
- If it doesn't help you ship, email us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
How to ask for a refund
Email [email protected] from the address you used to pay. Tell us what you bought. You don't need to justify it at length. Refunds go back to your original payment method; how long they take to appear depends on your bank or card.
